- 2 chopped onions
- 2 Diced Zucchini
- 400gr or peas (frozen)
- 1600 ml or water
- 3 Stock Cubes
- Creme Fresch
- oil
- hand blender
Sauté Onion with a Little Oil in A Large (Soup) Pan. Meanwhile, in Another Pan, Put the Water with the Stock Cubes. Add the diced zucchini and peas to the onion in the pan and add the water and stock. Get the Whole Thing Cooking.
